Super cute in center of it all!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Les Roches Rouges. What makes this hotel so exceptional is its unique location right by the sea. Even during the busy summer season, we always found peaceful spots with breathtaking sea views to relax and enjoy our days by the water. What stood out most, however, was the lovely hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Romane and her entire Front Desk team made us feel genuinely welcome. Our stay began with a delightful personal tour by one of Romane’s colleagues (whose name I unfortunately don't remember), who introduced us to the hotel's facilities and even to some of the team members along the way. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture that immediately made us feel at home. We also had a wonderful evening at La Chicoula. The team created a wonderfully relaxed yet attentive atmosphere, and we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious dinner. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable – we will gladly return.

I recently booked a Superior Double Room with Balcony at Chateau Eza Hotel through Expedia, expecting to enjoy the beautiful sea and mountain views as shown in the hotel's official photos and Expedia’s listing. Based on these images, I was willing to pay EUR 590.40 per night for this experience. However, upon checking into my room, I was extremely disappointed to find that at least six large sun umbrellas were tightly positioned together, completely blocking the view from the balcony. This significant obstruction was nowhere reflected in the official images or booking platform, making it misleading and unfair to guests who travel far and pay a premium for an unobstructed view. This misrepresentation is deeply frustrating and does not align with the expectations set by your advertisements. I kindly request a compensation or a resolution, as I believe transparency and accuracy in hotel listings are essential for customer trust. Additionally, I would appreciate clarification regarding how such misleading representations are addressed to prevent future guest dissatisfaction. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter.
